The walk is along Wirral’s beautiful coastline on Sunday 7th June 2026 with a 9am start at Floral Pavilion, New Brighton, CH45 2JS.

“Being a bit of sporting enthusiast, I have always enjoyed being physically active. I started the #couchto5K programme in April 2024 to gain fitness and since then have ran short distances on a weekly basis.
Volunteers from MND Association Manchester & District Branch were there, raising awareness and selling merchandise to raise funds.
